Insurance Provisions:

As provided through the United States Parachute Association Demonstration Jump Insurance.
1. Insured Participants: All Team Fastrax member participants, ground and air crew.
2. Additional Insureds: Pilot in Command of Aircraft, Owner of the aircraft Named insureds in connection with the demonstration performance - Demonstration Sponsor, Land Owner, Team Sponsors independent of activities named under the Team Fastrax Operations Contract for Parachute Show Performances.

Parachute Operation Fees:

All fees are to be paid in full five days prior to the event.
1. Aircraft Contract Charges
2. Jumper and Ground Crew fees

Additional Fees:

You can choose to use any of the following:
1.Large 18' x 36' American Flag
2.Sponsor Flag (To be provided by sponsor) 4' x 6' - No Charge
3.Custom-made Sponsor Flag - Call for an estimate
4.Smokes per discharge

Alternative "No-Jump" Provisions; in lieu of Cancellation:

1. Sponsor is required pay to each Team Fastrax member in lieu of any cancellation warranted for reasons other than Team Fastrax inability to comply with the scheduled event.
2. Team Fastrax will attend a Parachute Packing demonstration with help from the crowd, if applicable: a picture and/or autograph session for children and other enthusiasts, and a video/skydiving literature booth describing team activities and other parachute related phenomenon, i.e. local Tandem, AFF programs, etc. Non-jump activities are to be fulfilled during pre-assigned hours of the original event.
